On Deck Sports and its affiliates ProMounds, LLC, Beacon Athletics, LLC, Beacon Athletics Construction, LLC and AF Sports, LLC (collectively “On Deck Sports” or “we,” “our” or “us”) provide team, field, and facility sports equipment, artificial turf, sports netting, and related products, as well as indoor sports facility design and installation services, and operate the On Deck Sports website (ondecksports.com) and affiliated websites (promounds.com; beaconathletics.com; aerflosports.com) and all related channels of communications and social media pages (together, the “Services”).
We believe that the privacy and security of your Personal Information is very important. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the types of Personal Information we process and how we collect, use, and disclose Personal Information. We encourage you to read this Policy carefully.

- Deletion: You may have the right to ask us to delete your Personal Information, including your On Deck Sports account, although this may impact your ability to use the Services. Please note that we may retain some Personal Information to the extent permitted or required by applicable law.
- Correction: You may have the right to correct, rectify, or update inaccurate Personal Information that we hold about you.
- Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing (Targeted Advertising or Ads Personalization): We may disclose certain categories of Personal Information (e.g., identifiers, information on your use of our Services, and information from partners) to marketing and advertising partners to enable and provide you with personalized ads on our and on third-party platforms, which may constitute a “sale” or “share” of your Personal Information. You have the right to opt out of our “sale” or “share” for purposes of targeted advertising of your Personal Information.
- Right to Appeal: You may have the right to appeal decisions that we make with regards to a rights request.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw consent when consent is legally required (subject to our legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice). If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to provide certain services to you.
We will take commercially reasonable steps to verify your identity, which may include matching information you provide with information we maintain about you or requesting additional identifying information. Note that verification is not required for opt-out requests, though we may ask for information necessary to process the request. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your applicable rights. We reserve the right to deny your request if we cannot verify your identity or if an exemption or exception applies.

You may choose to enable with your browser, where available, global privacy controls (“GPC”) to automatically communicate your opt-out preferences to us when you use said browser. If you have enabled GPC on your browser, we will treat this the same as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information.
Email Messages
- When you provide your email address to On Deck Sports (for example, when you create an account or sign up for our mailing list), we may email you to provide updates, offers, and information about On Deck Sports and the Services.
- You can opt out of receiving promotional communications from On Deck Sports by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email you received.
- We may still email you individual updates about your orders even after you unsubscribe from our mailing list.

Our Services are not intended for children under age 16 and we do not knowingly process, sell, or share Personal Information of children under 16. If a parent or legal guardian of a child under the applicable legal age believes that we have collected Personal Information from a child, please contact us as described in Section 10.
9. Third-Party Sites
Our Services may link to other third-party websites that are not controlled by On Deck Sports, such as social media platforms. These third parties are not under our control and we are not responsible for their privacy policies or practices. If you provide any Personal Information to any third party or through any such third-party websites, it will be subject to the privacy policies and practices of that third party.
