*ACCORDING TO LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL RULE 1.06, it will be mandatory for all
little leagues to utilize bases that disengage their anchor beginning with the
2008 season. Leagues are encouraged to begin the process of implementing base
systems that comply with Rule 1.06 during the 2007 season on all fields so the
transition is complete by the 2008 season.
