Little League Rule 1.06 has been in effect for several years now, and we have many options for you to comply with bases that disengage from their anchor -- Hollywood Kwik-Release Bases, Bolco Magnetic Release Bases, Soft Touch Release Bases. For older leagues, right up to high school and professional, there are great options from Hollywood, Schutt, and Bolco.
