And, with our Smart-Hurdles your training options are virtually unlimited with a versatile set of small, medium, and adjustable height Smart-Hurdles. The sturdy three-point base makes set-up quick & easy and drills safer.

Add to that our original ABC Ladder, medicine balls, core trainers & jump ropes and, using a timed rotational circuit, you'll be able to effectively train as many as 60 athletes in only one hour. Non-marking wheels keep the Smart-Cart gym floor-safe. Informative Training System manual included.
